Everything we do here at The Lass O'Gowrie is carefully considered and thought through. From the ingredients we use in-house and the beans we grind for coffee to the products we stock on our shelves, we strive to prioritise and promote products that have come from small, sustainable producers that benefit Scotland. We might not be able to use coffee beans grown in Scottish soil, but from the moment they hit our shores they are carefully roasted and blended by a small, family run Scottish business that uses plastic-free sustainable packaging. It's a small contribution to a much bigger issue but by playing our part, we can make small changes a big thing to shout about.
